I've run a few 5Ks and 10Ks, and I figured it was time to take on the next challenge. A few years ago I created a list of goals for myself, and running a half marathon was on the list. After fits and starts of running over the past few years, this year felt like the one.

Race Report: Run Run Rudolph 10K (2013)

Race Report: Harrisburg 5K (2012)
What a nice time! That's probably the best way to describe this race. The weather was very nice, the people were super friendly, and it was a great time.

Race Report: Blue Points 5K (2009)
Blue Points is a health insurance
wellness initiative, and was a great excuse to get out to the Bank of
America Stadium, home of the Carolina Panthers, for a run. While I
ran a race in 2008, my exercise regimen has slipped significantly in
the past year and I thought I'd be lucky to wheeze across the finish
line. By my count it had been over 400 days since my last run.
