What a nice time! That's probably the best way to describe this race. The weather was very nice, the people were super friendly, and it was a great time.
Under 9 minutes a mile is terrific for me, and I finished in the top third of runners overall.
Really like this race, and it supports both the YMCA and Rotary - two terrific organizations, and great company on the run. It has a nice small town feel, and ends at a community festival with vendors from around the area. Well done, Harrisburg!
Since the last run I've learned more about doing the final kick - it doesn't mean an all out sprint in most cases, but does mean finishing strong. :)
